We don't have a Head of Marketing. We don't want one. We have a flat team of 16 operators where everyone owns their scope and ships. We're looking for one more, the creative operator who'll take ownership of acquisition end-to-end.
You won't manage a department. You won't run weekly steering committees. You'll produce, brief, ship, and orchestrate alongside our existing operators (influence, paid, content) not above them.
This role exists because acquisition at Submagic is creative-driven. Our 3 channels (Influence, Creative Ads, Content) all live or die by the quality and volume of creative output. We have great execution on each lever what's missing is the creative brain that ties them together, raises the bar, and ships at volume.
